Writing Opportunity: Fort Bragg Murals Project
Lia Morsell, Director of the Fort Bragg Alleyway Project, is soliciting short poetry and prose (125-250 words, or other half-page creations) to match individual downtown murals (fortbraggalleywayart.org). There will be a QR code attached to each, linking to the micro writing and additional information about the mural's artist. Eventually, guided "mural tours" will be offered to out-of-towners and locals, hoping to increase Fort Bragg's visibility as an arts destination and to encourage use of downtown businesses.
To be considered for inclusion in this new project, poems and pose should be received by Lia during December and January. Submit using the contact page on their website, or send writngs directly to liavincenzadesigns@gmail.com.

The CWC website includes a calendar of monthly meetings for all state branches. Any of our members can attend the meetings of any other branch, for free or for the same fee as their membership pays. To view their meeting topics (many are still on Zoom), click on https://calwriters.org/events/.
