Xandra Maria Castleton, MFA, is a screenwriter and independent film and television producer whose scripts have served as the basis for award-winning documentary, television and narrative film projects. Her films have premiered at festivals such as Sundance, Tribeca, AFI and Rotterdam, and her feature dramatic comedy, Full Grown Men, was the winner of the 2007 Sundance Channel Audience Award prior to a critically successful theatrical release by Emerging Pictures. Full Grown Men starred Judah Friedlander, Matt McGrath, Alan Cumming, Amy Sedaris, and Debbie Harry (Blondie), and will be released online through Sundance Artist Services later this year.

JD Beltran is a writer, artist, filmmaker, designer, educator, and cultural strategist. Beltran also is a longtime journalist, having written columns on art and culture for SFGate and the Huffington Post; she currently writes cultural criticism for Visual Art Source and Fabrik Magazine. Her award-winning films, artwork, new media, and design have been exhibited worldwide, including at the Walker Art Center, Ars Electronica, the San Francisco MOMA, the M.H. de Young Museum, the Getty Institute, the Kitchen NYC, and MIT. She founded and directs the Center for Creative Sustainability consultancy in San Francisco.
